ASB

You are here

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) can have a very damaging impact on communities and individuals, making life a misery for those people affected by it. Members of the Community Safety partnership - including Tamworth Borough Council and the police, take it very seriously and will always investigate reports of ASB.

If you are experiencing ASB, or would like more information, please take a look at our anti-social behaviour page. Information includes help and advice on ASB, how to report it online and useful contacts. If you are a council tenant there is also useful information on the ASB zone page.

The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 includes a new measure which is designed to give victims and communities a say in the way anti-social behaviour is dealt with. The ‘Community Trigger’ or ASB Case Review gives victims the ability to require action, starting with a review of their case if certain criteria are met.

Staffordshire Victim Gateway is a free and confidential service that provides information, advice, or practical and emotional support, to all victims of crime in Staffordshire, even if you haven’t reported the crime to the police. http://staffsvictimsgateway.org.uk/
